About me

My name is Tomasz Drzazgowski. I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and group analyst. Among many things, I am interested in: relationships between the psyche and space, as well as many dimensions of the latter: the space of the city, therapy office, group, body, mind, dream. Therefore, in addition to therapeutic work in various places, I co-created projects (e.g. workshops) devoted to human functioning in space – e.g. in Gdynia, together with the “Miejsce Tworzenia” and “Kreatywni.org” foundations, and at the European Solidarity Centre (ECS) in GdaƄsk. In the latter institution, I conducted a workshop on understanding the city. In addition, the ECS hosted a civic reflexivity workshop “Poland on a Couch”, of which I was a member of the organizing committee for several years.

My texts on psychology and space appeared in many places, including the blog of the Center for Psychoanalytic Thought at the Institute of Philosophy of Polish Academy of Sciences.

In 2022, I participated in an international scientific conference “Space in Psychoanalysis, Psychoanalysis in Space”.

I live in Chojnice, where I run a psychotherapeutic office.
